Challenge
Lismore City Council needed extra capacity during a period of high workload to review and update the tender documentation for two flood restoration packages, with about two weeks to turn it around.
What we did
We peer reviewed the tender documents for both packages, marking them up for consistency and clarity and identifying key risks and mitigation steps. We then reviewed the final documentation suite before it went to market.
Outcome
Both procurement packages were reviewed, updated and issued ready to go to market within two weeks. This helped Lismore City Council hold its procurement program.
