Challenge
A complete overhaul of the International Terminal road network to improve access and relieve vehicle capacity issues, delivered while the terminal stays fully operational, with flood mitigation requirements changing design levels part-way through design.
What we did
Voditi provides the Senior Project Manager, responsible for design management, procurement, internal governance and approvals, reporting and delivery management, from concept design to construction and asset handover. That includes running the design, consultant and construction procurements and working with BAC stakeholders on each decision.
Outcome
Design managed from concept to 100%. Multiple design, consultant and construction procurements taken from strategy through to contract execution and close-out. Flood mitigation and design level changes resolved with stakeholders to reach best-for-project outcomes for BAC.
