Challenge
Delivering a 65-lot residential estate within the extra governance requirements that come with State Government funding, while securing the additional approvals needed for a council-supplied bulk fill and borrow pit operation on site.
What we did
We managed the design, prepared the funding requests and ran procurement through to contract execution, and we now act as Superintendent during construction.
Outcome
Construction has started and is on track to finish within the State Government funding timeframe.
